Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A preliminary Nitrate <br /> loading study has been submitted by Kleinfelder, Inc. and has been accepted <br /> by Environmental Health Division. All remaining buildable lots that were not . <br /> included in the study will be required to have two perc tests per lot that meet <br /> the minimum rate. ' <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision <br /> improvement plans. I <br /> C. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final <br /> Map recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the serving entity stating that <br /> these services are either bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval. <br /> d.
