As far as the size of projects is con- this.- is one of the smaller projects considered by the Commission. Projects must be considered with sewer, drainage and water in mind. The taking away of prime agricultural land cannot be avoided as we approach the year 2000. .._ Comm. Morri said there are people who would like to live in Morada. Growth is coming to all of the areas. He noted the growth around the Tracy area. Circulation is an overall problem. It is a County problem and the County has to look at it. Comm. Bozzano said the Commission must give consideration as to what is_ best for the County. Growth is coming, but we do not have to accept everything. .
