The lots are proposed to conform with <br /> the RR-65 (Rural Residential ; 65 , 000-square-foot minimum) zoning <br /> district . <br /> Public streets are proposed -to serve the subdivision, with access <br /> off of Canepa Road and Foppiano Lane . Subdivision streets are <br /> proposed with 54-foot-wide rights-of--way and a 32-foot-wide paved <br /> section. One street is stubbed at the eastern boundary of the <br /> development to provide access to adjacent properties in the event <br /> of future development . <br /> The applicant has proposed that water will be provided by indi- <br /> vidual wells , sanitary sewage disposal by individual septic <br /> systems, and drainage by individual retention basins. <br /> Fire protection is to be provided by the Waterloo-Morada Fire <br /> District , with police protection by the San Joaquin County <br /> Sheriff ' s Department . The project site is within the Lodi <br /> Unified School District . <br /> The major issues associated with the Morada Meadows project <br /> include General Plan policies , land use conflicts, services, and <br /> traffic circulation. <br /> -6- <br />
