Resolution No. 1 requests that the Board of Supervisors reconsider their action to expand the <br /> Morada area based on the absence of notice given to the Morada MAC or the citizens of Morada and <br /> based on the confusion on the part of the Board as to the official position of the current Morada MAC and <br /> the Morada residents. Resolution No.2 requests the suspension of the application based on the question <br /> of the legality of the General Plan adoption for Morada Resolution No. 3 requests that a General Flan <br /> Amendment be initiated by the Planning Division to return the affected 94 acres to the AG-40 zone. <br /> San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department (response: 11-23-92): <br /> The Sheriff's Department response listed the following crime prevention concepts to be incorporated in <br /> the design: visible home addressing; street lighting to meet County standards; cul-de-sac streets that <br /> have a 52-foot width, a maximum 300-foot length, and a 60-foot turnaround; perimeter fencing with <br /> security shrubbery adjacent to the fencing;window placement to allow investigation of suspicious outside <br /> activity; earth berms no higher than one and one-half feet in height; and fencing to secure the <br /> construction site and materials. <br /> Lodi Unified School District (response: 12-1-92): See 'School District' and 'Conditions of Approval.' <br /> As of December 7, 1992, no responses were received from the following: <br /> Building Inspection Division Pack Gas & Electric <br /> Pacific Bell San Joaquin County Mosquito Abatement District <br /> County Assessor Bear Creek Resource Conservation District <br /> San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Stockton East Water District <br /> Central California Traction Company <br />
