Nj-
=
1VLA.C.
MO DA MUNICIPAL ADILSORY COUNCIL
5525 HILDRETH LANE
sTOCKTON, CA 95212
April 7, 1995
Thomas M. Gau
APR
Senior Civil Engineer 1995
Community Development Department MMUIVI l r ttit
1810 E. Hazelton Ave. BANNING 01V41pN
Stockton, CA. 95205-3163
Dear Tom,
The Morada M.A.C. held its monthly meeting on April 6, 1995 and a number of items
were discussed that maybe you or your resources might be able to help us with.
The conditions of the Carroll Subdivision SU-92-15 (James Carroll)were reviewed and
we noticed some discrepancies and omissions that were a part of the appeal before the Board of
Supervisors on Decemember 13, 1994.
1) There is no condition to tie the water system to be installed by the developers into the
Shaded Terrace and Gayla Manor subdivisions to the west via a bore under the California Central
Traction tracks. This was a condition the developers said would cost $45,000 and they were
willing to accomplish this as a condition of approval.
2) Condition 2f does not specify that encroachment permits , right of way agreements and
construction permits are required from California Central Traction Co. and the San Joaquin Flood
Control to accomplish this condition and that this condition be in place before the issuance of
grading permits.
The Morada M.A.C. would appreciate being notified of any future requests by the
developer to modify any of the conditions set forth by the County so that our opinoins are heard
before decisions are enacted by tbS Community Development Department or the Planning
Commission.
The M.A.C. would appreciate any informatiom you might have or are aware of with
regard to Eight Mile Road between Hwy. 99 and Hwy. 88. We would also appreciate any
information regarding the improvements of the interchanges at 99 and Hammer Lane, Morada
Lane and Hwy 99, and Eight Mile Rd. and Hwy. 99. If there are any tentative improvement maps
