KLEINFELDER
File No. 20-2921-01 `
March 25, 1992
This completes our scope of work at this time. Based on the above
information, it is our opinion that the proposed subdivision is
suitable for septic system use. The septic systems should be
located and future wells should be constructed following County
requirements. Continuous monitoring of the septic systems should
be maintained throughout the duration of their use. Once this
report is reviewed by Environmental Health Services, we would be
pleased to furnish a proposal for providing whatever additional
information they may require for their evaluation.
The conclusions presented in this report are based on our field
explorations and
p published information, primarily from CRWQCB,
regarding nitrate loading. The technology to evaluate nitrate
loading continues to change which may alter the validity of the
conclusions presented in this report at some future time. It is
also possible that variations in the soil conditions and laboratory
test results used in the analysis may occur between or beyond the
points of exploration or sample collection. This report was
prepared in accordance with the generally accepted standard of
practice which existed in San Joaquin County at the time the report
was written. No warranty, express or implied, is made.
We trust this report presents the information required at this
time. If you have any questions regarding this report and the
attached information, please contact us.
Respectfully submitted,
KLEINFELDER, INC.
Steven R.
