CARPENTER ROAD (APN 179-160-40) PA-0300337 (SA)
i
The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers
the following comments:
1. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton
Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the
City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton
Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign
a deferred annexation agreement, and pay the applicable fees. Further, the
owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of the sewer
main to serve this parcel, as required, to meet City standards.
