Mr.Morasco has sincere concerns about the traffic impact <br /> that could occur either with substantial Community/ Commercial usage of this property or the <br /> Medium Density Residential that is also listed in the project description. <br /> He borders the corner of Wilson Way and Mc Allen Road where he has been experiencing <br /> a difficult time getting in and out of his property from both Mc Allen and Wilson Way. Mc Allen <br /> Road is situated so that traffic backs up for a very lengthy period of time in the mornings and in the <br /> evenings when people are going to and from work. Mc Allen Road was never designed to service <br /> as many people that are using it now and it is his belief that Mc Allen Road would be greatly <br /> impacted with this type of development. Mr.Moresco hereby objects to this development until such <br /> time as an adequate vehicle service by way of other roadways or modification or closing of McAllen <br /> Road can be accomplished. Mc Allen Road is used as a shortcut by so many people that the entire <br /> area has changed as a result. <br /> Mr. Morasco and his family have owned this property for approxiamently 100 plus years. <br /> It consists of a residence,barn, out buildings and cherry orchards. The traffic impact here would be <br /> substantial and needs to throughly examined and reviewed before any development is approved. <br /> Thank you for your attention in this regard and kindly notify my client of any hearing dates <br /> regarding this matter. <br /> Sincer <br /> RANDY E.
