The <br /> Country Club has made every effort to reach a meaningful reso- <br /> lution with Mr. Schack which, unfortunately, did not succeed. Had <br /> such occurred, I am sure you realize my client would have worked <br /> in good .faith with you to attempt to complete all of those off- <br /> site improvements and to attempt to come to a resolution in <br /> connection with the -nitrate problems involved in the well. My <br /> c]'.ient is sorry that this will not occur.
