f
Job 183-120
WRITTEN STATEMENT:
It is the intent of the Tracy Golf $ Country Club Residential Development
Project to construct 41 .detached single family homes in 3 phases on a
portion of the existing golf course, at a density below the General Plan
Density for Rural Residential Development.
The "Planned District"will permit variation in siting of the units among
the existing unused portions of the golf course thereby maintaining the
operation or TFe—galf course as well -as enhancing the physical open
space qualities of the golf course. Consequently the project will be
consistent with the recreation and open space element of the General Pian.
The maintenance of the public facilities and services required by the
project will be insured by either fees paid by a Homeowners Association
respondsible for such maintenance or by the individual property owner
paying directly to the utility company providing the. service.
