PARKING 'LOT CLARIFICATION <br /> The project proposes to reconstruct the existing parking <br /> area and provide 49 (+) parking spaces. <br /> Presently, the parking. surface is unimproved and has no <br /> delineated parking spaces or drive aisles. The amount of <br /> parking area, however, is satisfactory to meet the parking <br /> demands of the Golf Course, even though parking is accom- <br /> polished in a random fashion. <br /> The proposed improvements will not only define the parking <br /> spaces , but will define an overall circulation system and <br /> create an all weather parking surface. In addition , the <br /> improvements should create additional parking with its <br /> efficient layout than the random parking pattern that <br /> currently exists. (See sketch 1 and air photo. ) <br /> 2. SECONDARY ACCESS TO PROJECT FROM CHRISTMAN ROAD <br /> The developers of the project will provide a secondary access <br /> "Emergency Only" from Chrisman Road to Phase III. (See sketch 2) <br /> 3. PRIVATE STREET NAMES <br /> The developers will create private street names for the <br /> different phases to assist in emergency response. The <br /> street names will be created for county review as a part of <br /> the Final Map Process.
