TE-88--2 OF TRACY GOLF & <br /> COUNTRY CLUB (C/O SCHACK a ASSOCIATES) FOR MAJOR <br /> SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. SU-85-2 <br /> _------------------------------------___-------------------------- <br /> On March 24, 1985, the Planning Commission approved SU-85-2 for a <br /> 41-lot residential subdivision at the Tracy Golf and Country <br /> Club, which is located at the south end of Chrisman Road. The <br /> filing of multiple final maps was approved -to accommodate three <br /> development phases: <br /> Phase I - 14 units <br /> Phase II - 15 units <br /> Phase III - 12 units <br /> The subdivider filed the final map for Phase I before the ten- <br /> tative map expiration date, March 21 , 1988. A three-year time <br /> extension is now requested so that the subdivider may file final <br /> maps on Phases II and III without having to submit a new sub- <br /> division application. <br /> Concurrent to the three-year extension request, the subdivider <br /> proposes to complete all Title 22 water system improvements for <br /> Phase I before filing a final map for Phase II . The Department <br /> of Public Works is agreeable to the concurrent proposal. The <br /> Planning Division recommends, therefore, that the Planning <br /> Commission approve both proposals.
