I Ln - <br /> FIFTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT <br /> Dear Board Members : <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: ` <br /> That the Board of Supervisors : <br /> 1 . Adopt.' the Resolution to: <br /> a. Accept Certain Subdivision Improvements for operation <br /> and maintenance. <br /> b. Accept Security to guarantee Performance of the <br /> improvements for a -period of one year following <br /> acceptance of the improvements . <br /> c. . Accept the Grant of Easement for water line maintenance <br /> along Luigia Road. <br /> REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS : Y <br /> On October 1, 1985, the Board of Supervisors approved the <br /> Hillside Greens annexation to County Service Area No. 16 , as <br /> Zone "A" , to provide domestic water services (R-85-1057) . <br /> On November 25 , 1986 , the Board of Supervisors approved the <br /> Subdivision Agreement and Subdivision Map entitled Tract <br /> No. 1967, ,Hiliside- Greens - Unit No. 1, (R-86-1169). This 14-lot <br /> residential Subdivision is located adjacent to the Tracy Golf and <br /> Country Club at Interstate 580 and Chrisman Road, approximately <br /> nine miles southeast of' Tracy. <br />
