x 4 � <br /> Board of Supervisors -3- <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS, <br /> SECURITY AND GRANT OF <br /> EASEMENT FOR HILLSIDE GREENS <br /> Special services within the Subdivision will be provided and <br /> maintained as follows : <br /> t <br /> County Service Area No. 16 : Domestic water <br /> Homeowners Association: Septic systems, private roadways, <br /> street lighting, and storm drainage <br /> Acceptance- of the Grant. of Easement will provide access rights <br /> for County -Service Area No. 16 to maintain the water line to <br /> Hillside Gre-ens, which lies within the private roadway , <br /> (Luigia Road) leading to the Subdivision. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> 1 . Total Cost : <br /> The improvements within this Subdivision were constructed at <br /> an approximate cost of $416 , 000 (original estimate) . <br /> 2 . Net County Cost_ <br /> a) One=Time Only_` <br /> The recommended action will result in. no one-time only <br /> net County costs . The improvements- were constructed at <br /> the expense of the Developers, and fees were paid by <br /> the Developers to cover the Department of Public Works <br /> inspection costs . <br /> b) Ongoing-Current Year : <br /> No ongoing net County cost is anticipated during the <br /> "curr6nt6year. The improvements are° guaranteed against <br /> defects for a minimum of one year following acceptance <br /> of the Board of Supervisors . <br /> Lots within this Subdivision are on the tax rolls for <br /> Fiscal Year 1993-94 and have been assessed user fees <br /> for services to be provided by County Service Area <br /> No. 16 . <br /> c) ongoing-Future Costs : <br /> No 'ongoing net County costs are anticipated as all -of <br /> theSubdivision improvements are to be privately owned <br />' and maintained, other than the water system. The water <br /> system will be maintained and operated by County <br /> Service Area No. 16, at no net cost to San Joaquin <br /> County. <br />
