f <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of San Joaquin hereby <br /> accepts Performance Security in the amount of $125, 000 to <br /> guarantee performance of the improvements for one year following <br /> acceptance . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of San Joaquin hereby <br /> accepts the Grant of Easement for water line purposes, offered by <br /> the Tracy Golf and Country Club, Inc; and authorizes and directs <br /> the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute said easement <br /> on behalf of the County. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution and the above <br /> noted Grant of Easement be recorded in the office of the County <br /> Recorder of said County of San Joaquin. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit : <br /> AYES : <br /> NOES : <br /> ABSENT: <br /> DOUGLASS W.
