Grantee will repair all damage caused by Grantee arising <br /> from the alteration and maintenance of the water line, including. <br /> the repair of any damage caused by Grantee to the Property. <br /> Grantee agrees to indemnify Grantor against any loss and damage <br /> that is caused by the exercise of Grantee ' s rights to enter and <br /> depart the Property for the purpose of laying, maintaining and <br /> operating the water line, or by any wrongful or negligent act or <br /> omission of Grantee or of Grantee' s agents or employees . <br /> Grantor will repair all damage caused by Grantor to Grantee' s <br /> facilities consisting of the water line and well owned by Grantee. <br /> Grantor agrees to indemnify Grantee against any loss and damage <br /> that is caused by Grantor in connection therewith. <br /> 5 . Grantor will have the right to use the Property described <br /> in this Grant of Easement for purposes not inconsistent with <br /> Grantee ' s full enJ o ent of erect fhe or construct hts rag dbuildi g oroother <br /> that Grantor will n <br /> structure on the- Property. <br /> 6 .
