T P EXIBIT "2" Legal Description of 20 foot wide Waterline Easement for Hillside Greens A portion of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Three (3) South, Range Five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian and more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 35; thence along the southerly and easterly line of the Chrisman Road turn-around as shown on that certain map entitled "Hillside Greens Unit No. 1 " filed for record the 11th day of December, 1986 in Volume Twenty-eight (28) of Maps and Plats at Page Ten (10), San Joaquin County Records on the following three courses: 1 . South 77°03'13" East, a distance of 30.77 feet; 2. thence North 00°06'29" East, a distance of 4.57 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve concaved to the west having a radius of 50.00 feet and to which point a radial line bears South 11 °25'44" East; and 3. thence northeasterly 42.03 feet along said curve through a central angle of 48° 10'01 " to the TRUE POINT of BEGINNING; thence on a non-tangent line South 77°03'113" East, a distance of 981 .72 feet; thence South 72°48'10" East, a distance of 101 .31 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Hillside Greens Unit No.1, said point bears North 17* 11'50" East, 35.00 feet from the most westerly corner of said Hillside Greens Unit No. 1 ; thence along said westerly line and its northerly production North 17° 11 '50" East, a distance of 20.00 feet; thence North 72'48'10" West, a distance of 102.05 feet; thence North 77'03'13" West, a distance of 980.41 feet to said easterly line of Chrisman Road turn-around, and being the beginning of a non-tangent curve concaved to the west having a radius of 50.00 feet and to which point a radial line bears South. 82°47'33" East; thence southwesterly 20.24 feet along said curve, being along said easterly line, through a central angle of 23 11 '48" to the TRUE POINT of BEGINNING.
