2. STOCKTON METROPOLITAN AIRPORT (Staff Contact: Barry Rondinella, 468-4700) <br /> a. As a result of the proposed realignment of Lockheed Street, a right-of-way shall be <br /> reserved for the construction of Northrup Street from Longe Street to the end of the <br /> leasehold property. Half of the road width must be developed on the applicant's <br /> leasehold property(i.e., the leasehold property line shall be the street centerline). A <br /> street that is narrower, that has a smaller landscape easement, or smaller sidewalks than <br /> specified in the SPP could be acceptable if necessary. The improvements may be <br /> deferred until other properties in the area are developed. <br /> b. Maintenance, repair, and replacement of all improvements on the site to include, but not <br /> be limited to, buildings, streets, sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, water systems, sewer <br /> systems, storm drainage systems, shall be the responsibility of the applicant, its <br /> successor or assignee so long as the property is leased.
