LONGE STREET (APN 177-260-26) PA-0600471 (IP) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> 1. Although the subject parcel lies outside the adopted boundary of the South Stockton <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District), the airport area is subject to the <br /> CFD 90-1 Airport "In-Lieu" Fee program adopted by the City Council on July 1, 1996, <br /> Resolution No. 96-0333. The current "In-Lieu" fee of approximately $8,575/acre is <br /> based upon the legal parcel size or documented ground lease area, a copy of which <br /> must be provided prior to fee determination. The "In-Lieu" fee is subject to <br /> adjustment at the time of application for sewer connection, and is due and payable <br /> along with the other standard connection fees, prior to permit issuance. All <br /> appropriate fees and charges must be paid, and the necessary permit(s) obtained, <br /> prior to connection to the sanitary system will be allowed. Please contact Dennis <br /> Merkel in the City of Stockton Public Works Department at (209) 937-8546 for further <br /> details regarding the CFD 90-1 Airport "In-Lieu" fee. <br /> 2. To minimize the potential for congestion, the proposed access locations at the <br /> R.A. Bridgeford Street/Lockheed Street intersection should be relocated a Stockton <br /> minimum of 75' from the intersection, or eliminated. �µ <br />
