The original building was approved as <br /> building`B"(28,500 square feet)under planning application PA-0600471. This application <br /> proposes to use 7,887 square feet of the north portion of the existing building as office space for the <br /> U.S. Department of Agriculture;located at the Stockton Metro Airport on the northeast comer of <br /> Longe Street and Citation Street, Stockton Metro Airport. (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: San Joaquin County APPLICANT: Buzz Oates Construction <br /> ADDRESS: 1639 E. Citation Street, Stockton APN: 177-260-32 <br /> INFORMA'T'ION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area <br /> designated as Zone AO. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately a depth of 1-foot NAVD 1988. <br /> The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2.
