Impact • Air Quality <br /> Mitigation : Volunteer car pooling. <br /> Findinq (s) : (3) Specific economic, ' social, or other <br /> considerations make infeasible the mitigation measures or <br /> project alternatives identified in the final EIR. <br /> su]2portinE Facts: As there is no public transportation <br /> available, possible means of reducing the vehicle miles <br /> travelled is limited to volunteer car pooling. <br /> The proposed subdivision is more proximate to services than <br /> other rival homesites could be , thereby reducing the possible <br /> impact on air quality. <br /> 3 .
