tificate to that effect has been filed with the Clerk of the <br /> Board of Supervisors; and, <br /> WHEREAS , upon this map of "Tract No. 1864, Subdivisions of <br /> San Joaquin County", there are shown certain easements for public <br /> utilities, a drive, road, court, and road widening strips which <br /> are offered for dedication to the public for public use; and, <br /> WHEREAS, upon this map of "Tract No. 1864, Subdivisions of <br /> San Joaquin County", there is shown certain restricted access to <br /> Atkins Road and Clements Road which is being offered for <br /> dedication and relinquishment to the public, being all rights of <br /> ingress and egress from Lots 1, 19, 20, 30 and 31, to Atkins <br /> Road, and Lots 9, 10, and 13 (except the 50-foot access in <br /> lot 13 ) to Clements Road; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Subdividers have agreed to set Centerline and <br /> i <br /> Lot .Corner Monuments as shown on said map or plat, in accordance i <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 2634, within one year from <br /> the date of this Resolution, and have deposited Performance <br /> Securities with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of which <br /> funds are included to guarantee placement of said Monuments; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Subdividers have executed an Agreement pursuant to <br /> Government Code Section 66462 wherein the Subdividers have agreed <br /> to construct the improvements enumerated in Resolution No. <br /> R-8371262 adopted on September 8, 1983, in accordance with the <br /> approved improvement plans filed herein, the improvement <br /> 5 <br /> standards and specifications of the Department of Public Works, <br /> and the applicable Ordinances of San Joaquin County; and, <br /> ,WHEREAS , the Subdividers have agreed to secure the <br /> construction of said improvements by depositing with the Clerk of <br /> -2- <br />
