MPFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> k <br /> RESOLUTION N .$ ' <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SU:BDIVISIO MAP NO. 5-83-6 OF <br /> JOHN TERESI (c/o BAUMBACH & PIAZZA) , FOR A`32 LOT SUBDIVISION, <br /> LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STATE ROUTE 88 AND ATKINS <br /> ROAD, CLEMENTS, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on August 18, 1983 , the Planning Commission of the <br /> �- County of San Joaquin, State of California, did recommend denial <br /> of Subdivision Map No. 5-83-6 of JOHN TERESI (c/o Baumbach & <br /> Piazza) , for a 32 lot subdivision, located on the southeast <br /> corner of State Route 88 and Atkins Road, Clements, County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before this Board of <br /> Supervisors was published jointly with the notice of public <br /> hearing before the Planning Commission on July 20 , 1983; and <br /> E <br /> - WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given <br /> in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence having <br /> been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. 5-83-6 of JOHN TERESI (c/o Baumbach & <br /> Piazza) be and it hereby is , conditionally approved as follows: <br /> 1 . All improvements shall conform with the Improvement <br /> F Standards and Specifications of the County of San <br /> Joaquin. <br /> SEP 19W3 <br />
