All development <br /> within the subdivision shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the San Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining Zones <br /> (Title 9, Division 8 , Chapter 1, San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code) . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> Subdivision Map 5-83-6 is approved with the following findings : <br /> A. The design or improvement of the proposed sub- <br /> division is consistent with applicable General and <br /> Specific Plans: <br /> There is no Specific Plan for the area. <br /> f <br /> B . The site is physically suitable for the type of <br /> ! development: <br /> Each lot has a building area safe from flood <br /> hazard. <br /> C. The site is physically suitable for the proposed <br /> density of development: <br /> Adequate land area is available for on-site <br /> sewage system. <br />
