COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-92-35 REVISE SITE PLAN <br /> 2 . The frontage improvement for Collier Road and North 99 Frontage <br /> Road shall be constructed on the project side in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way local <br /> commercial street. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of <br /> a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs <br /> prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $250 . 00 fee <br /> currently is required for processing per Planning Title Section <br /> 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate <br /> for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for approval.
