" <br /> ° This finding can be made because the project is consistent <br /> with the General Plan Retail Commercial policies. <br /> 2 . "Adequate utilities, access roads, sanitation, drainage, and <br /> other necessary facilities have been provided, and the pro- <br /> posed improvements are properly related to existing and pro- <br /> posed streets and highways. " <br /> I <br /> ° This finding can be made because facilities are already in <br /> place, or their provision will be required as conditions of <br /> approval for this Use Permit. <br /> 3.. "The property involved is of adequate size and shape to <br /> accommodate the proposed use and all yards, building <br /> coverage, setbacks, parking areas, and other requirements of <br /> this Title.
