The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin <br /> County Standards F-la, F-lb, F-1c, and R-17 and the Escalon fire <br /> District prior to issuance of the Occupancy permit (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br />' right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currentlyis <br /> $1,551. 00 per multi family dwelling unit i <br /> n <br /> the Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 30849 East <br /> Combs Road Escalon 95320. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ;t <br />
