The proposed project is subject to District Rule 9510 and the applicant is required to submit an Air <br /> Impact Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than applying for final discretionary <br /> approval, and to pay any applicable fees. <br /> b. The proposed project may be subject to the following District rules: Regulation VIII (Fugitive PM10 <br /> Prohibitions), Rule 4102(Nuisance), Rule 4601 (Architectural Coatings), Rule 4641 (Cutback, Slow <br /> Cure, and Emulsified Asphalt, Paving, and Maintenance Operations), and Rule 4002 (National <br /> Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants). <br /> c.
