The site <br /> was referred to California Regional Water Quality Control Board by EHD for clean up <br /> enforcement action on February 28, 2001. <br /> As of December 2002, according to Marty Hartzell, Associate Engineering Geologist, of the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Mr. Phillip Henry has not completed an <br /> investigation that shows the extent of contamination in the soil and groundwater from the release <br /> of petroleum at this site. <br /> r <br /> EHD will record a " Notice of Contamination", on both parcels to let future prospective buyers <br /> 7 know that these parcels maybe impacted. <br /> y7AK I <br /> it- 7 -033 <br /> i <br /> w <br />
