The depth to groundwater is approximately 6 feet bgs and the groundwater <br /> gradient is northerly at approximately 0.002 feet/foot <br /> • Estimate of Hydrocarbon Mass in Soil: Prior to remediation, ATC Associates estimated <br /> that approximately 54 pounds of TPHg was calculated to remain in site soils <br /> • Groundwater Trends: There are more than 16 years of groundwater monitoring data for <br /> this Site. A <br /> records search at the Department of Water Resources and an on-the-ground survey in the area <br /> was conducted. <br /> Recommendation <br /> May 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible <br /> Party to assess remedial technologies and implement active remediation to achieve Water <br /> Quality Objectives in a timely manner. In addition, the Fund recommends that the Responsible <br /> Party conduct regular monitoring and upload all data to Geotracker. The Fund will review this <br /> site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, this investigation has been underway for 21 years. The San Joaquin <br /> County LOP directed the Responsible Party to conduct dual phase extraction and air/oxygen <br /> sparging. The Fund concurs and will review this site next year to.track progress. <br />
