I don't have a real problem anymore with closing the.
Thornton Road or Charter way sites, but the Loomis Road site bothers me.
Nuel
From: Larson, Kirk@Waterboards.[mailto:Kirk.Larson@waterboards.ca.gov]
Sent: Tuesday, October 02, 2012 10:53 AM
To: Nuel Henderson [EH]
Subject: Site reviews
Nuel:
I conducted additional reviews of the following sites as you requested:
Claim 8590, 7675 West 11th Street, Tracy
Claim 12992, 14749 North Thornton Road, Tracy
Claim 4954, 620 Charter Way, Stockton
Claim 7709, 2969 Loomis Road, Stockton
Claim 8590, 7675 West 11th Street, Tracy. I conducted a new Five-Year Review for this site and have
concurred with the County that the RP conduct an additional indoor vapor risk assessment.
Claim 12992, 14749 North Thornton Road, Tracy. I believe this case meets the Low-Threat Policy.
Claim 4954, 620 Charter Way, Stockton. The free product identified in MW-16-50 seems to be limited
and defined and has been removed to the extent practical.
Claim 7709, 2969 Loomis Road, Stockton. The groundwater plume appears to be decreasing in size
and concentration. Residual hydrocarbons are unlikely to threaten nearby water wells.
Regards, Kirk
Engineering Geologist
UST Cleanup Fund, 5-Year Review
Phone: 916-341-5663
Fax: 916-341-5806
10/2/2012
