Copperopolis Road, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. <br /> These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate <br /> loading study is required and a review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. The sewage disposal system <br /> shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior <br /> to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. Note this areas general soil condition usually <br /> requires two to three percolation tests per lot to identify an approvable <br /> area for the septic system. This has been shown by previous <br /> percolation tests on this ground. <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for nitrates prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map.
