The SG&CC is proposing
to replace the existing clubhouse building in two phases. With respect to the septic systems, the
first phase(A)will involve installing a new set of septic tanks and constructing a new disposal
field on the 2'Fairway. The existing building will connect to the new septic system, utilizing
the existing grease trap. The second phase(B)will involve connecting both floors of the new
building to the septic system. A new first floor pumping station and new grease trap will be
installed(see sheets G1, G2, and G3). The existing filter bed disposal field will be connected
and used as an alternate or emergency disposal area.
A letter report dated March 4, 2004, describing the anticipated flows from the proposed
clubhouse was provided to the SG&CC for review. The analysis was based on water meter
records,membership, and floor area increase.
The scope of this project included examination of the suitability of the soil for a new leach f ld
and providing a design for a new septic system. Our office obtained a copy of an elevation
survey of the property in an AutoCAD file format from Kjeldsen, Sinnock&Neudeck Inc., of
Stockton, California. The drawings were used as a base map for the septic system layout.
Orenco Systems, the manufacturer of the-mechanical parts, has reviewed and approved the
plans. They have provided a parts list for the components (appendix). The plans and this letter
should be submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, attention Mike
Huggins and Michael Escotto for final approval.
LODI ■ SACRAMENTO ■ MODESTO
ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION 902 Industrial Way,Lodi,California 95240 0 209.367.3701 ■ 209.369.4228 fax ■www.noanderson.com
