Our office was contracted by Mr. David Dart of DART Wine to conduct a soil suitability study for <br /> the property at 13299 North Curry Avenue,Lodi, California. <br /> 4 The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for-use <br /> with a septic system. The study Was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin.County Development_ A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests thatmeet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> F =In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a-review of published soil information,geologic. <br /> maps, and groundwater information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> S system:-Also included in this investigation is`a`nitrate loading study (Part II).. The parcel is 7.55 acres <br /> in size. The county application number for this project is-PA-04-288. A residence is currently on <br /> the property, one well and one septic system are currently on the site. <br /> The elevation_of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> approximately 50=55 feet above mean sea level.
