John P. <br /> Cummings and Associates (JPCA) is pleased to forward to you this <br /> proposed work for the 3rd quarterly well sampling for the real <br /> property at 7777 W. Eleventh Street, Tracy CA 94576. <br /> The proposed workplan, for this quarterly monitoring will require <br /> six tasks identified below. <br /> Task 1 <br /> JPCA will measure the groundwater depth in the four monitoring <br /> wells with an electronic probe prior to purging. <br /> Tas <br /> The four monitoring wells will be purged prior to the collection <br /> of groundwater samples and the collected purged groundwater will <br /> be put in 55-gallon drums labeled awaiting analysis. <br /> Task 3 <br /> Four groundwater samples, one from each well, will be collected <br /> by a clean dedicated bailer, placed in several 40 ml WAS with <br /> Teflon septa, labeled, held in a cooled (4 Degrees C) ice chest <br /> and transported to a State Certified Laboratory, under COC <br /> documentation, for analyses. <br /> 1 <br />
