Eleventh Street, Tracy,_ Ca_, your letter of <br /> 6 eptemmer; 19H Peceived thzi date <br /> Find attached a copy of a request to PRC Patterson requesting that a final <br /> cony of the manifest be faxed directly to you as well as a cony of a request <br /> to the geologist asking that the laboratory also forward a cony of the soils <br /> analyses directly to you. Attached also is a copy of the Chain of Custody wherein <br /> instructions had been given to the laboratory to initially send results to t,ou. <br /> The geologist called then this morning and the lab indicated that they had, in fact, <br /> faxed the results previously as bras instructed. Also find attached another copy <br /> of the Tracking Record. You may recall that I did give you a copy of the Tracking <br /> Record at the site on July la as wou were present when the tank was picked uo by <br /> .Cal Coast Tank. <br /> The disposition of any contaminated-soil or remedial work was not within my <br /> scope of work as was indicated in my workplan. I acs unable to report to you the <br /> disposition of the stockpiled material. We have been asked and did supply the <br /> client with a proposal for remedial work. I suggest that you query Piedmont as <br /> to their intentions for remedial woft. As yop may recall in discussions with the <br /> Piedmont personnel. that day, there maty-be legal issues involved which they may be <br /> pursuing. If you do not receive the soils analyses or copy of the final manifest <br /> by fax today, please let me know. If I may be of assistance in ontaining or <br /> providing additional data to help in closing yoyr file, please do not hesitate <br /> to call me.
