The SVE was started and air samples collected in the presence of San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and SJVAPCD personnel on September <br /> 24, 2004. <br /> During the initial inspection Ms Middleton requested that the initial laboratory sample analysis <br /> be submitted to the SJVA.PCD in accordance to ATC N-4546-2-1 Section 15. Ms Middleton <br /> stated that the submission of ,monthly and annual reports is not required. As per the ATC, <br /> records of all site activities, field measurements, laboratory results and other compliance <br /> .requirem,ents are kept by GTI and are available for SJVAPCD inspection upon request. <br /> • Flow rate at,initial inspection was 182 cfm <br /> • Calculations indicate the system,is operating at 99.7%efficiency <br /> • Calculations indicate VOC emissions from, the soil remediation system have a cumulative <br /> total of 1.06 pounds in 40 days of operation <br /> * As of November 3, 2004, GT.[ estimates that 125 pounds of TPH-G, BTEX and MtBE <br /> constituents have been removed from the subsurface by the SVE <br /> If you should have any questions regarding this project, please contact Ray Kablanow or myself. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> ryEOWQICU 7LCNNICSINC <br /> Eric L.
