The IC engine failed to pass the AQMD emissions standards. <br /> 2. Installation of a 200-cf n blower and two 1,000-pound granulated activated carbon(GAC)canisters to replace the <br /> IC engine in the remediation system configuration_ The water knockout drum will remain. <br /> 3. Influent and effluent air samples Will be collected from the system monthly;results will be reported to SJC/EHD <br /> in the routine quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling reports. <br /> 4.
