The subject property is shaped in a reverse "L" about 145 feet and 175 feet on the longest two sides. To the north of the subject property is Thirteenth Street followed by single family F residences. To the west of the subject property are single family residences. To the east of the subject property is "D" Street followed by Kennedy Memorial Park. To the south of the subject property is a four-plex residence and another residence. A map with the location of the subject property is attached to this report as Appendix A.
