PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING{THE APPEAL BY,BONNIE MCATTEE OF-THE PLANNING „ <br /> -4C0MMISSI0N'S DENIAL2rOF VARIANCEAPPLICATOIN NO.WR=99=6 OF IRA&'MICO MCATEE to <br /> vary the minimum 40-acre parcel size and minimum 330-foot parcel width in the AG-40 zone- This , <br /> Variance would permit a Minor Subdivision application to be submitted to result in two 5-acre parcels <br /> with widths of 239 and 216 feet. The project site is located on the west side of Davis Road, 2200 feet <br /> south of Armstrong Road, south of Lodi {Supervisorial District 4}. Environmental Determination: An <br /> Initial Study indicates that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and <br /> a Negative Declaration has been posted. <br /> All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral <br /> statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing.
