CA <br /> (APN 025-160-12) <br /> (PA-1100168) <br /> GPf-1 him)=r No.670.18 <br /> Jule 22,20.13 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION& PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The owner of the site is proposing a winery, which will be served by a septic sewage system <br /> This report is intended to provide information required by Section 9-1105 of San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance in connection with the proposed new septic sewage system to be <br /> constructed on the site. The study is needed to determine if the onsite soils are adequate to <br /> handle effluent from the septic system and whether nitrates from the effluent might affect the <br /> underlying groundwater. The property is currently the site of an undeveloped agricultural <br /> lot Until recently, it appears to have been in use as a e ineyard <br /> "rhe information discussed in this report includes the results of a recently conducted <br /> percolation test, a description of on-site soils, sample analytical results from the on-site water <br /> well and general information regarding the soil and groundwater from publicly available <br /> sources. Calculations are made to estimate the total nitrate load from septic tank effluent. <br /> LI Site Description <br /> The site is an approximateh rectangular-shaped parcel with a total area of 10 acres It has <br /> been in agricultural use, and according to the County GIS mapping system, is zoned AG-40. <br /> The site is identified by the County Assessor as Parcel 025-160-12. In the land survey grid <br /> it lies in the SE 114 of the \:E 1 Y of Section 5 of T3N, RISE.
