WHEREAS,the County requested that the Owner grant a reciprocal access <br /> Easement,to himself as between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2. <br /> G. WHEREAS, California Civil Code Section 805 states, "A servitude thereon <br /> cannot be held by the owner of the servient tenement." <br />
