The winery site of less <br /> than one acre is located on a 43-acre parcel. A 2400-square-foot single-story wine production building <br /> is proposed. This building is to be located 700 feet from De Vries Road off an existing 20-foot-wide gravel <br /> driveway. The applicant will not hire any employees.
