DeVries Road, Lod) <br /> ACTION: On October 10, 1996,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> MS-96-21 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 20, 1996. If this date falls on a weekend or <br /> holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 36 <br /> months (by October 20, 1999).
