h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All winery driveways and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base material of appropriate depth and chip seal to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1075.8[i]). Marketing event parking may also be surfaced with <br /> alternative surfacing material. <br /> (2) A minimum of 14 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 van accessible space.Accessible <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) A total of 50 additional parking spaces(1 space is required for every 3 attendees)shall be <br /> provided for marketing events, including an additional two accessible spaces, one of which shall <br /> be van accessible. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All project storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of-ways.
