Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The existing private water well shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to final <br /> occupancy. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> B. The existing barn's septic system proposed for the wine tasting restroom does not meet the <br /> i minimum leachfield requirement for a commercial septic system. <br /> C. The addition of a minimum of three hundred and forty (340) lineal feet of leach line shall be <br /> installed under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy.
