(A $250. 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Planning <br /> Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed, legal description of Parcel 1 & 2, and an estimate. <br /> The estimate and legal description shall be prepared by <br /> a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> for approval. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> h. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 9-66411. 1) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Open, pump, and backfill any existing septic tanks, <br /> seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division.
