The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer have been paid for <br /> the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or the payment may be deferred until building <br /> permit application with this statement"Payment for the.Right of Service Units will be required at the time of <br /> building permit application"noticed on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 6. Payment of 0.52 Sewer Main Units to upgrade the existing parcel's capacity to 2.0 units shall be paid to the <br /> County prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. The fee is$4,277.08 per unit for a total required fee of$2,224.08. <br /> M 7. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. Water service shall <br /> be provided by California Water Service Company. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 8. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. Service shall be provided by the East Stockton Storm Drain System. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 9. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).
