The frontage improvements for Del Mar Avenue and Horner Avenue shall be constructed in G conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Local Residential Street. 11 The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A$325.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) The Applicant shall dedicate 20-feet X 20-feet corner cut off on the corner of Del Mar Avenue and Homer Avenue, and Wagner Avenue and Horner Avenue. 5. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) 6. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) 7. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of 1 Public Works.
