Connection to the main sewer line shall be <br /> inspected by the Utility Maintenance Division (209) 468-3090 prior <br /> to backfilling. <br /> Comply with the City of Stockton Public Works requirements and pay <br /> any applicable fees. Call (209) 937-8374 for details. Submit a copy <br /> of the City of Stockton approved application to San Joaquin County <br /> Public Works. <br /> If the septic tank is to be abandoned, a Sanitation Permit must be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division before the Building <br /> Inspection Division can issue a Plumbing Permit. <br /> Encroachment Permit shall be obtained prior to working in the <br /> County right-of-way. <br />
